Hello every body! I have been wanting to start this blog for weeks now and I am so very excited to finally be underway. I have read every thing I can find about the Sadkhin Complex on the internet. Many people started a blog but only one girl stayed with it thru all the cycles of the program. {Note to self: insert her address here.}
I would like to say that I am not employed by any Sadkhin Complex company. I am just an ordinary person utilizing their program to help me lose some embarrassing body fat.
I am in my third cycle. I lost 10 pounds during my first cycle but then I was a very bad girl (I cheated during my second cycle and I missed my third cycle so my second one was extended) and here I am now..... one week into my third cycle..... and I have already lost 3 pounds! I am very excited indeed!
Losing 3 pounds in 7 days is a great accomplishment! Don't you agree? I really don't want to lose much faster than this or I might risk my skin not contracting back to a smaller size and I certainly don't want to end up with a lot of saggy skin at the end of this program.
My next appointment is next Tuesday. That leaves me 4 more days to lose another pound or two. I'm really looking forward to my next visit with Steven. He was once a client of a Sadkhin Complex program himself and he has maintained his perfect body weight for over 10 years. And that too is my main goal: to finally stop yo-yo-ing on the scale and to finally convince myself to continue eating properly once and for all.
And that is one thing this program is doing for me ----- it's teaching me "how much" and "what" I need to be eating. {more about this later}
What I like best about this program is that I am never (and I really mean n-e-v-e-r) hungry. Well... okay, I'll admit that once or twice I did feel a rumble in my tummy but I just ignored it and I let my brain continue on with what ever it was doing and my "hunger" immediately totally disappeared.
I think there are two types of hunger: mental hunger and physical hunger. {more about this later}
Unfortunately I gotta go now but I will return.
I would just like to say: I have finally found the perfect solution on how to lose weight without being hungry. And you can find it too..... just start your search here: sadkhin.com . I think it was the Boston site that was the most educational. If I remember correctly, it was the one that explained how the good doctor actually developed this program. But all the sites said basically the same thing:
No sugar, oil, vinegar <<< canned fruit is NOT allowed >>>
Eat 1 1/2 pounds of 3 different types of fruits and vegetables (cabbage, carrots and green apples are the best combination) between 12 noon and 6 pm for two days.
Then drink 2 1/2 cups of whole milk between 12 noon and 6 pm for two days.
You also get to have unlimited onion soup {recipe goes here}, sugarless gum, herbal tea, flavored seltzer water and decafinated tea as ofter as you like.
Include 6 teaspons of honey per day eaten plain or added to drinks.
And if you want to you can drink 2 eight ounce glasses of dry red merlot or cabernet wine OR 2 ounces of plain vodka per night.
In Honor of Shabbos: (add a total of 8 ounces of protein, one fish portion plus one more)
Add: ONE kezias of challah each time you wash (2-4 meals)
Add: 4 ounces of fish (Friday night)
Add: 4 ounces of protein (Shabbos day) (fish/beef/chicken - in this order of preference)
However, 1/3 of the weight loss comes from rotating (40 times together at the same time, takes about 10 seconds) two tiny stainless steel balls that are taped in different positions over different body organ spots behind the ears every 2 hours. {more about this later} {next time I'll tell you how much this is costing me}
I really gotta go now but I didn't want to leave you hanging without telling you the exact details behind this amazing program.
When I return I'll tell you more about what I'm eating and not eating that is helping me lose all this weight and what I remember most from all of the dozens of weight loss (diet) books I have read.
But in the meantime..... please take a moment to tell me the answer to this one question: what is keeping you from finally losing the excess weight that you would like to lose?
Hello! So glad you are blogging about the Sadkhin program. I too have had much success ... first time around about 60 pounds in 4 months. I'm just starting the second time around (took the summer off) and hoping to drop another 40 pounds to get to my goal. Looking forward to continuing to follow your blog!
ReplyDeleteHello. Ik this is years later but did u ever reach ur goal? And did u keep it iff all these years later?
DeleteHi. Ive had great success when I don't cheat
ReplyDeleteAny suggestions for the milk days when it seems that I get terrible leg cramps when I consume whole milk. I have no clue how this is related but somehow after drinking or eating milk, I suffer at night with crazy pains in my legs.
ReplyDeleteThanks for blogging about Sadkhin complex. I'm new on program and need to get some encoragement about some excess 30 lbs. that I need to shed.I'm only on 4 days and the weight is not moving as I thought(only a pound came off). Thanks and hope to hear from you.
I am currently on the program and will weigh in next Friday. This is my 2nd time on the program. I was on it back in 2010 and lost about 45 pounds. It is very important that you are very strict and rotate your spheres as directed. It is a no fail program if you follow strictly. Hood luck.
DeleteI had much success with substituting Whole Greek vanilla yoghurt. Very staisfying and delicious. And i used Lactaid pills.
DeleteYesterday was day one for me. Having yogurt today but I am extremely hungry. I have been rotating the balls as required. I think I will try my hand at onion soup and hope it does the trick
ReplyDeleteJust started on Tuesday scale did go down. Just worries when it’s over how do you maintain your diet.
ReplyDeleteHow is the program working for you?
DeleteIs this safe to do in pregnancy
